Tuflonij Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to shop Tuflonij products (including department store goods and food items)! To protect your legal rights and clarify the return and exchange process, we have formulated this policy. Note: For orders in stock, we usually ship within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the actual delivery time is 5-7 working days. You can make edits/changes to your order within 12 hours after placing it.
1. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles
If you need to cancel an order or return an item, you must obtain written approval from Tuflonij in advance.

Important Note: Any cancellation request not approved by us will be rejected, and the order will continue to be processed. Any products returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
2. Product Defects and Stains Handling
Please check your product thoroughly within 14 days after receiving the package. If you find small defects or minor stains, please inform us within the above period so we can provide a targeted solution.
Any defect or stain issues raised after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as damage during use, and we will not process these requests under this clause.
3. Cancellation Policy and Fees for Different Stages
(A) Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
For orders placed but without a shipping label created, if you apply for cancellation, we will provide a full refund without any handling fee.
(B) Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
If the shipping label has been created but the order has not been shipped, we will charge a 10% handling fee based on the original price of the product, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
(C) Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, the goods cannot be held back. You can either refuse the package when it arrives or sign for the package and then contact us to obtain a return shipping label.
Processing Procedure: Once the package is returned to our warehouse and inspected without issues, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original price of the product.
(D) Cancellation After Delivery (Unopened Package)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order for personal reasons, and the package remains unopened, you must contact us and provide photos and video evidence that the package is unopened. After approval, you will need to contact the original delivery company to return the entire package, and the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
Processing Procedure: After the package is returned and inspected without issues, we will process the refund and charge a 20% restocking fee based on the original price of the product.
(E) Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons)
If you apply to cancel an order within 30 calendar days after delivery for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: not wanted/needed, wrong size, disliking the product, not accepting minor transportation damages, etc.), the following conditions must be met:

Contact us and provide photo and video evidence showing the product and packaging are intact and original;

After obtaining pre-authorization for return, contact the original delivery company to return the complete product with original packaging, and return shipping costs will be borne by you.
Important Note: Requests for returns after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted. Once the package is returned and inspected without issues, we will process the refund and charge a 25% restocking fee based on the original price of the product.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable unless there are extreme special circumstances, and you have contacted us and obtained written approval:

Second-hand products or items with obvious signs of use;

5. Refund Conditions and Exceptions
Generally, refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we confirm the return of the product and check that it is in good condition.
Exceptions: If there are delays due to bank processing or system delays that are beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding. You can always contact us and provide relevant evidence, and we will verify and explain the situation.

If you need to return an item, please do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Please sign for the package first and then request a return shipping label via email;
