To protect your legal rights and clarify the standards for product warranty services, we have established this policy. Note: After placing an order, in-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and the actual delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders can be edited or modified within 12 hours after placement.
1. Basic Warranty Information

Warranty Period: All products sold under Tuflonij are eligible for a one-year free warranty service (hereinafter referred to as the "warranty period") from the date you sign for the product.

Warranty Proof: The order number, product receipt record, and the product itself (including original packaging, if available) are valid warranty proofs. Please keep them safe. When applying for warranty, you must provide these documents for verification.

Warranty Scope: This warranty policy applies only to Tuflonij products purchased and used within the United States. Products purchased outside the U.S. are not covered under this warranty.
2. Warranty Coverage (Free Warranty Cases)
During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality issues caused by non-human factors, we will provide free warranty services (including free repairs, replacement of faulty parts, etc., with specific solutions determined according to the product type):

Manufacturing defects in the product that prevent it from being used properly.

Damage to key components (e.g., motors, circuit boards for electrical products, key functional parts for department store items) due to quality issues.

Performance failure under normal usage conditions that cannot be resolved through simple troubleshooting.
Note: Due to the specific nature of food products, warranty services will only be provided for unopened food items that have not passed the expiration date, and for non-human factors causing deterioration or damage. The warranty period and related details are specified on the product packaging.
3. Warranty Application Process

Submit Application: If you discover a quality issue within the warranty period, please contact customer service within 7 business days, explaining the product model, purchase date, fault description, and providing the order number, product receipt record, and photos/videos of the faulty part.

Verification: Upon receiving your application, customer service will review the related information and evidence within 1-2 business days. We may ask you to provide additional proof if necessary.

Solution Confirmation: Once the review is approved, customer service will inform you of the specific warranty solution (repair, parts replacement, etc.) and the subsequent process and time required.

Returning the Product (If Required): If the product needs to be returned to our designated repair location, customer service will provide detailed return information. Shipping fees for the return will be covered by us (please choose regular mail; expedited shipping fees exceeding the regular cost will be borne by you).

Warranty Completion: Upon receiving the returned product, we will complete the repair or parts replacement within 3-5 business days (except for special cases) and return the repaired product via free shipping. We will send you a notification for pickup.
4. Exemptions (Non-Free Warranty Cases)
In the following cases, even within the warranty period, we will not provide free warranty services. If you need repairs, we will charge for the corresponding repair and part replacement costs:

Product damage caused by improper use (e.g., dropping, collision, water damage, overload, failure to follow product instructions, etc.).

Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning, etc.).

Normal Wear and Tear: Warranty services do not cover normal product wear and tear (e.g., natural battery depletion, normal wear of daily items, etc.).

Product Unrepairable: If the product cannot be repaired due to severe damage and is still within the warranty period, we will offer a return or replacement service based on the remaining warranty period and the actual situation (as determined through communication with customer service).

Third-Party Purchases: This warranty policy only applies to Tuflonij products directly sold by us. Products purchased through third-party platforms or distributors must contact the respective sales channel for warranty services.
