Shipping Time: For in-stock orders, we typically ship within 1-2 working days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Order Modifications: You can request to edit or change your order information within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, changes cannot be made.

2. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping for all orders within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. The following regions do not qualify for free shipping:

3. Shipping Methods
We collaborate with logistics providers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states will be delivered through these service providers and will enjoy free shipping.
Important Note: Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address (including street, city, state, and zip code). If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete and results in failed delivery requiring a second delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
After the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track the real-time status and estimated delivery time of your package.
4. Delivery Details

Signature Service: Packages are generally delivered with "No Signature Required." If you would like to add a signature confirmation service, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order. We will assist you in adding the FedEx signature service (only available for FedEx shipments). This service is free of charge.

Receiving the Package: Please ensure that you or the recipient at the shipping address keeps their contact information available so that logistics personnel can reach out for a timely delivery. If multiple delivery attempts are made and no one is available to sign for the package, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping fee or cancellation costs.
